SRG Building Services undertook work for us to rebuild a split level  patio wall and terrace. The previous construction was collapsing due to insufficient underpinning and shallow footings. The new construction was designed with appropriate depth of footings and reinforced hollow concrete blocks with flints set in blocks used as the face of the blockwork and pointed with  lime mortar. On the terrace itself Indian sandstone from the previous construction was reutilised.

The work was carried out meticulously and sensitively with a result in keeping with the house and garden. The wall has been much admired and we are pleased with the end result.
